SOLUTION

SOLUTION

To address the challenge, I conducted interviews to understand users' pain points and preferences. The solution involved creating an e-grocery shopping website tailored to the needs of the target audience: tech-savvy individuals aged 18-45 who shop for groceries daily. This included features such as an intuitive user interface, options for payment on delivery, a simplified sign-up process, a help center for assistance, and language options to overcome potential barriers.
